Who is the best fighter one versus one combat in the imperium of man, chapter masters, champions, all chapters BUT this does not include Grey knights.
I personally think Mephiston, hes the best swordsman in the imperium, and a bad ass librarian. Second probably Vulkan He'stan, or Logan Grimmar?
What you guys think?

I can see this spiraling out of hand pretty rapidly but I'll throw my 0.02 USD in here.
I personally would love to see a fight between Azrael (Supreme Grand Master of Dark Angels) vs Logan Grimnar (High King of Fenris, Chapter Master of Space Wolves).
Just to settle an old feud.
Although I think hands down on pure fighting prowess, I'd probably say someone like Dante, Mephiston, Logan or possibly even Sicarius.

If the former, it'd be Lord Dante or any Blood Angel SC hands-down IMO.

If we don't restrict armament it's probably someone in one of the Titan Legions with a vehicle that can be driven by a crew of one. Barring that Bjorn the Fell-Handed is a pretty nasty prospect in a fight.

There is a gazillion of this treads which all resulted in pissing contest between Logan - Dante - Calgar Smurfgar , so this is getting really boring...My vote goes to unknown space marine from unknown legion and unknown primarch....

ADB: I showed the Wolves revealing the key weakness at the heart of the World Eaters; showing Angron that his Legion was broken and worthless compared to the others; that he was the one primarch who couldn't trust his own warriors, and that they didn't care if he lived or died; showing that loyalty to brothers and sons is the heart of success for the Legiones Astartes, to the point even Lorgar makes a big deal out of saying the World Eaters and their primarch were massively outclassed by Russ, and Angron was too stupid to see the lesson Russ had sacrificed time, sweat, and blood, to teach. We're talking about a battle the Wolves won, by isolating the enemy general through pack tactics, and threatening to kill him, without a hope of defending himself. It was a balance, 50/50 - Angron overpowered Russ, and the Wolves were losing ground to the World Eaters; but Russ and his warriors had Angron by the balls, and barely broke a sweat. They won, no question. Lorgar even says: "The Wolves won, meathead."

I don't know. He'Stans invulnerable save and twin-linked heavy flamer make me lean towards him, but...
Considering his 3+, he would definitely be the character that lasts THE LONGEST.
If vehicles are counted, Brayarth Ashmantle or Antaro Chornus in a land raider with all the crew dead and only operating from the Machine spirit. Lol.
