i justs started a Black legion army, since its a chaos undivided army, can i still have khorne berzerkers and khorne terms? and or an other chaos affiliations?

Yes, they can be "allied" in, if you will. Berzerkes kind of like mercenary war bands. Promise enough skulls and blood, they may fight for you. Take too long to supply said skulls and blood, they'll take yours.

Mine are in Black Legion colours, I figure some of the old Sons of Horus assault troops would have seen Khorne as the way forward.

Generally speaking you could, but it's a good idea to try and either avoid Chaos Marks/cult units or try to include an even mix with the Black Legion. Keep cult units and marks in general to a minimum, but if you absolutely must include them try to include at least a token force from every Chaos God.

The Black Legion pulls in all kinds of mercenaries that worship a variety of the chaos gods.

As far as I'm aware Abbadon usually hires cult warbands for special tasks so it isn't impossible to have them in your army, especially now that they're Elite choices and that really reflects the Black Legion's absorbing them and using them as special forces.
If you do bring them, I wouldn't run a Lord with a mark, however.

Also, the Black Legion's Chaos Undivided is different than the Iron Warriors' and Night Lords' Chaos Undivided. The Black Legion encompasses all four gods, while the IW and NL refuse to follow either of them.

Or you could just make up some other fluffy reason for the mark. Combat stims = mark of Khorne, etc.

Yeah he's ok, but I believe they would still be an Elites choice... though Chosen could be troops if you want...

Read Abaddon's entry in the back of the Chaos Space Marine Codex.

If the berserkers were bought as elite then you were doing it correctly. The chosen on the other hand ... Take another glance at the codec

Take your Beserkers as elite and your chosen as troops when you use Abbadon. And watch the bodies drop like flies

The Black Legion will have Khornate Cults within it, they won't just be hired guns. You should try and have a balanced mix of Cult units, or Chaos marks, but the Black Legion still worships Khorne.
