Just about finished assembling this lovely model and thought i would show you guys the Kitbashing i did.

I added the head from the zombie dragon sprue as i thought the original head was too long and looked wierd. I used the neck from the kit to make a longer tail and added a horn from the battlewagon kit to the tip.
Its not done yet, still need to add the legs and some more bits. Thoughts? Ideas?

Really love the head! My only thought there would be you might want to try adding in some cybernetic stuff to see how it looks. Cool fit, though.

The tail looks almost scorpian-like. Not sure if I personally like it or not, but it's definitely interesting. The spike might be better the other way around, as I imagine it stabbing downwards rather than curling upwards, but the tail is curling that way already so... eh. Maybe a bigger bulb just behind it, or more of a taper. The transition feels a little off to me right now.

I thought about pointing the tail down, but it interrupts the flow of the model so i decided not to. As for the transition, ill be giving the model a greenstuffing before i call it a day, and fill in some of the gaps the kitbash left me with. Thanks for the comment

Yeah the tail should definitely stay the direction it's in. Just needs a little fiddling at the back end.

The original tail needs to go, i think it takes away from the much more interesting added tail. I'd also like to see a close up of the head.

You are right about the tail, decided to cut it off and greenstuff the stump.
