Does anyone airbrush their washes on? If so, how do you find it works out? I was thinking that after my base coat and a bit of a zenithal coat, I could spray a gloss varnish to seal the base and help the wash flow into the deep areas and then just spray the wash on for quickness. Anyone have any experience? Many thanks

i find it to be wasteful. its easy to get carried away when spraying washes and not everything will land on the model.

When airbrushing washes add some matte medium to make the wash behave a little better .

Got milk?

All I can say about painting is that VMC tastes much better than VMA... especially black...

I did a large FoW army by airbrushing an ArmyPainter wash over the camo basecoat. I deluted it quite a bit with matte medium, flow aid and distilled water. It worked out really well. It does waste some but being thinned it's not bad.
