It'd be more helpful if you gave specific load-outs and unit numbers.

Without knowing that, I can say you're still going to find a desperate alliance like this a bit annoying to play with. Your 3 troops don't look very resilient, and all of your vehicles can be glanced to death by small arms fire.

15 lootas, jet has ace and extra shoota, undecided about boys, may get rid of them. Ravagers shoot anything with AV 12+ Lootas shoot AV10-12 as does the jet, otherwise they shoot at infantry, duke's 20 man FnP group helps with AI, as do the splinter born also pray for at least some cover

Heavy armor saturation? I wouldn't want to go against parking guard with that list, and more than one flier could be problematic. I really don't see the synergy between the two armies. Dark Eldar work best as a primarily mech army with some fast foot units thrown in (and a 20 warrior blob can be effective). A good opponent will be able to prioritize your most potent units and take them out fairly quickly. I sadly don't think those two armies work well together, which is a shame because I play both.

yeah I'll echo numbers as in unit sizes, wargear loadouts etc

so far I'm thinking anything with a large amount of templates, flyer spam or banks of SoB retributers with heavy bolters along with a few 10 woman dommy squads with flamers would give this list a harsh kick in the teeth

At the moment, you've just got a frankly nonsensical list of names. It's completely incoherent and practically impossible to give advice because of this.

The only thing I can possibly say at the moment other than the above, is what's the point of a 5 man Kaba-Warrior squad on foot?

Point filler/backfield objective camping

Wracks would be better suited for objective camping.
Honestly - rewrite your list so it's legible, and I'll happily help you, prolly be able to make it so you don't have units that are just filler.
