I'm a fan of the elf-zilla build, but it really, really needs Eldrad for double Fortune. OR, Invisibility with a Conceal 'lock. 2+ cover saves in the open? Sure! It's best with another Fortune-seer for the re-roll, but Eldrad being able to pull it off twice is pretty nice.
I'd drop the Avengers, the Death Jester, and possibly the fusion pistol to squeeze in extra points. Fusion pistols don't seem to get a lot of use in my experience, maybe taking out the odd model if you're lucky, but that's 10 points you can use elsewhere. A stock Harlie with kiss is going to be more effective than a Jester.
Now that transports are like tissue paper, DAVU has lost some of it's bite. Foot Avengers are going to be eaten by longer range fire.

I hate eldar, especially with their runes of warding for 10 points making enemy psykers unable to do gak!

i'd suggest more troops as Eldar troops are pretty fragile, but it's still a good list. Not much to fix here if this is how you want to do it

This is has come up in discussion in my local meta. The general consensus (echoed here on Dakka as well) is that Seer Councils cannot join other units, thus a Conceal 'lock can't attach to the harlies for a 2++.
Is your local playing it differently? If so, what's the justification? I'd love to bring it up at my club. Right now, we're looking at:
A) Warlock's don't have the IC rule.
B) Where Warlocks can attach to units, those units are specified in the codex (Farseer has an entry, Guardians have an entry, Wraithguard have an entry).
I'd be interested in your thoughts.

I recommend removing the troop master. The +1 attack and +1 Ld isn't worth the points. Also, try ditching the star cannon for a scatter laser & sword.

Agreed that troupe master isn't worth his points, also guardian jetbikes or pathfinders are probably the best troop choices atm. Dire avengers are really weak

I would lose the harlies entirely. Too many points for one CC unit. With those points I would upgrade to Eldrad and add the 3rd wraithlord. You are way light on anti-tank. I would go brightlance on the wraithlords and perhaps an EML. But if you like the wraithsword stick with that.

Take enhance off the spiritseer. Does nothing for the unit. Switch to conceal for a perma 5+ cover save. Enhance should only be used in a storm guardian squad (if you ever roll them) or 1 warlock in a seer council/jet council.

So far the effectiveness of 10 Wraithblades with Ghost Axes:
Tanked 2 Leman Russ squadrons (including the battle cannons and the triple plasma variant); whilst also getting wailed on by everything imaginable in a Fortress of Redemption. Only to get into CC with the tanks and open them up.
2000 points worth of Necrons with Forgeworld additions. Got into CC with a court of Lords and opened them up.
Killed a GUO.
Killed Angrath the Gargantuan Bloodthirster in an Apoc game (with the help of Iranna the Spirit Seer).
Ate a Hammerhead, pathfinders and scored after 3 turns of walking towards a 2000 point Tau gunline and overwatch!
And counting............ |

I'd take out the Wraithguard because they're just too expensive and won't ever make their points back. They can hold an objective like nobodies business, but a decent opponent will wipe them off the board in 2 rounds of shooting with no problems and you're list will be suffering from a 400 point deficit.
With the wraithguard gone, you won't need the harlequins to counter assault since most squads that get assaulted will just die anyway (like the Avengers and guardians). Taking them out will also free up a lot of points for some extra units and upgrades like Eldrad.
I always use warwalkers in a list like this. Besides the wraithlord flamers, you really have no anti horde weapons and a warwalker squad with scatter lasers can hold off marines, light armored tanks, and horde armies all at the same time. There's nothing better than watching a squad of guided warwalkers shred your opponents squads!

Not sure what you're asking as I didn't imply that a warlock would join the harlies. What I was proposing is attaching a Farseer and Eldrad to a unit that can take a Warlock as a unit upgrade - like the Guardians or Wraithguard in the OP's list. With the Spiritseer upgrade, the 'guard become a troops unit.

I thought you were suggesting 2++ saves for harlies with a Conceal Warlock, a save which my folks decided wasn't possible without some other form of cover. My mistake.

I've never used harlequins but I really like taking fire dragons in a wave serpent as an elites choice, that would really help with your anti-tank deficit as well as 5 meltas are enough to ruin anyone's day.
I love the wraithlord as a model and concept but I whenever I use them in reasonable sized games they tend to die really quickly as they attract shooting like nothing else and don't have an invulnerable save. They're also really vulnerable to things like DE poison weapons which make their toughness 8 irrelevant. I'd take walkers instead cos you can get the same guns for half the points cost.
