I take it you're running an allied list?

If so and you have a Aegis defense line, you're playing a very defensive style so I'll keep that in mind.

First things first you need a commander
quisi inexpensive sweet, and generally ull get what you want out of him for less than 80 points

quisi
psycher
divination
power armor

U already have a librarian so no need to go further there

GM,
you probably wont need him because you wont probably have the points to spend for the purpose of taking him, making things scroing.

so quisi

then a unit of 10 purifiers is generally a must in my list
unless running paladins, but that's cheesy and we want to stay away from that other than fluff reasons xD so

10 purifiers 4 psycannons
psybolt ammunition
4 halberds and a daemon hammer

makes for a very strong elite unit now we move onto core

dependant on whether you want henchmen I'd say
take coteaz mix up the people in your squads is the best way to make a strong hencman list

so like 3 psychers in each squad iwth a few acro flagellants a crusader and some normal people with bolters always does well

in addition 3 servos plasma cannons in a squad with coteaz works a charm of anyone deepstriking near you unless they want 3 plates of plasma in there face, which when running a defensive playstyle would seem relevant.

if not henchman

2 10man squads of gk 2 psycannons, psybolt ammuniton and a dh in each for 500 is the best way to go.

looking to elite units a dreadkinght with a tele pack and a heavy psycannon is strong defensively speaking/ aggressively, you want a heavy incinerator instead, and if points to spear a great sword to cleave through heavy infantry.

so there are many ways for you to go, really it depends on what units you like =0 hope this helps

The ADL was something of an Anti-Flyer defense, and something to stick my mandatory Troop Choice behind, using Telions All Seeing Eye to Choose 4 Precision shots a turn, effectively an uber sniper.

Awight well if you were thinking of using the ADL as a barrier for flyers there's no need with the

quisi purifier combo
You get 16 rending shots at str 7 with re-rolls, on averagee you'll get about 2 glcanes through if not blow it up , so if that's what you were worried about purifiers with a psycher quisi that has divination will easily take out a flyer

When making a grey knight list there is a simple process to follow.

Step 1) Pick what unit or units you want to use as troops.

Strike Squads are really good and require nothing fancy from your HQ.

Terminators are okay, but not amazing, and also require nothing fancy from the HQ.

Purifiers make a nice MSU style list but you need to take crowe who is not the best.

Paladins are a giant brick of a deathstar, but they are expensive as is Draigo.

Henchmen deal a lot of damage but have less durability. Coteaz is one of the best HQ in any book, you will not be sad to take him.

Lastly, a Grand master can use Grand Strategy to give you Scoring units, so you can take one and run fewer troops if you want.

Step 2) Psycannons on everything.

The psycannon is by far the best gun that GK can take. It is very versatile and deals a lot of damage.

Most GK units work by dealing damage in the shooting phase first, then mopping up whatever is left in the assault phase.
[note: henchmen are the biggest exception here]

Step 3) Cover weaknesses and add force multipliers

Depending on your troops choice your lists weaknesses will be different. Usually GK list have the following weaknesses.
a) Lower model count
b) Short range guns (24" is okay)
c) Slow

take some units to cover these weaknesses.
a) Durable scoring units or threat overload with big scary stuff
b) Razorbacks, Dreadnoughts, Henchmen have long range guns
c) Transports, Interceptors or Tele-knights, Storm Ravens

Force multipliers are things you can take that make the good stuff you already have better. In the GK book these are usually Independent characters.
Some Examples

Inquisitor: Terminator Armor, Psycannon, Psyker
relentless psycannon + re-roll to hit for an entire unit

Inquisitor: Rad grenades, Psyker
-1 Toughness to enemy units in assault, Re-roll to hit for your unit

Techamrine: Rad Grenades
-1 Toughness to enenmy units in assault, Another copy of Hammerhand for your unit, Bolter a ruin for a 3+ cover save (2+ cover with stealth)

Librarian: Might of Titan, Quicksilver, Shrouding, Sanctuary
Might ruins enemy tanks and walkers
Quicksilver lets Paladins run more swords and fewer halberds without loosing the INT bonus
Shrouding gives you stealth, helps protect Paladins from S8+ AP2 weapon
Sanctuary is great at stopping charges onto objectives, you get free overwatch shots, you get to charge and not the enemy.

Those are the basics of making a GK list. Hope it helps.
