This almost looks like The Untouchables.

Colour me interested but expecting to be slightly let down by the final product.

Yeah, definitely looking forward to this. Absolutely amazing cast. You put Sean Penn, Josh Brolin, Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone in a film and they should be able to make something pretty good, even if the material isn't much to work with.

But the director hasn't got much behind him, other that the okay Zombieland. And this is the writers first work outside of tv.

Preview looked a bit flashy, so I'm a little cautious, but still optimistic. I mean, the Untouchables was a flashy cheese fest and great fun just from the kick ass action scenes and great cast, so hopefully that formula is repeatable. Or maybe the film is a lot smarter than the preview made it look. Or maybe it'll suck.
