I just looked through six pages and cant find an answer so here we go.
1. If your eldar farseer has runes of witnessing and is fighting Nids and is within shadow of the warp range does he roll 4d6? There also isnt an FAQ for this (ASAIK).
2. Does eldrad's attacks ignore armor or do they have an AP value?

1: Not sure... I'd have to check and will do later if no one else answers, but don't have easy access to FAQs and such atm xD
2: If the FAQ doesn't give it a specific AP, then it simply ignores Armour saves (though invuns can still be taken as normal).
Effectively AP1 with no bonuses to penetration against vehicles.

1. Shadow in the Warp and Runes of Witnessing negate each other, just roll the normal 2d6 for Leadership. (Which should rarely happen given the range of Shadow in the Warp, this was effectively cleared up in the last FAQ).
2. Eldrad's attacks from the Staff are considered a unique weapon and are AP3 as per the BBB. He does benefit from armorbane and fleshbane though (it counts as a Singing Spear after all).

I thought the FAQ said to roll using the 3 dice, pick the 2 lowest. However add all 3 to see if you perils? 2. It says in the codex it wounds on a 2+ and ignores armor saves. Which does simply what it says unless there is a FAQ. Also not seeing where it counts as a singing spear.

1. If you have Runes of Witnessing and are in the area of SITW you roll 4D6 (both have been errata'd to add +1D6), drop the highest, and on any double roll of 1 or 6 (on the remaining dice) causes perils.
2. Ignores Armour saves until FAQ'd otherwise.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Bloody Adair - your answer is incorrect, as it is not a unique POWER weapon; it jut ignores armour saves. Meaning it ignores armour saves, and does not have an AP value

This. Also Singing Spears do not have Armourbane/Fleshbane. They still use the same rules as presented in C:Eldar thus making them much better than a Witchblade.
