Hey All,
Me and a good friend are looking to start Death Watch as our first foray into the 40k RPG world. My Question pertains to gear. I'm planning on playing a Carcharodon Apothecary but I want to give him a chain axe and I wasn't able to find on in the rulebook armory, are their established house rules for chain axes or should I just pull from the Black Crusade rulebook? any help on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

If you have it, just pull from the Black Crusade. Chain Axes aren't widely used anymore in the Imperium which is why they wouldn't put it in the Deathwatch book.

Could well be in one of the expansion books?

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

As of the latest armoury document, chain axes only exist in three places - Dark Heresy Core, Rogue Trader Core, Black Crusade Core. There's no 'Astartes Chain Axe' in Deathwatch.

There's also the Chain Great Axe in Tome of Blood, but that's not in the armoury yet.
