Does the Ordos fall flat if the Deathwatch is removed, or are there other forces within the Ordos at an Inquisitor's disposal apart from an all out Inquisitorial mandate of a specific region?

Well I imagine that the Ordo would have some grey knight soldiers that they could use If the deathwatch were exterminated.

I'd imagine that the Ordos Xenos would have a large contingent of Inquistorial Storm troopers much like the Malleus and Hereticus. While maybe not upto the standards of the Marines the Storm troopers would get the job done. Eventually...

Forces of every Inquisitorial branch:

- Inquisitors and their retinues
- Chamber Militant
- ANYTHING the Inquisitor demands from the rest of the Imperium's military forces

I could definitely see SOB being involved if need be as well. The inquisition has limitless powers and If they needed something they would get it

Suppose it depends, if i remember rightly the different ordos (hell even individual inquisitors) tend to be rather jealous of what they have. If all the DW somehow were killed off all at once, cant see the other ordos sharing their big toys unless there was a SERIOUS need to.
