I see what you did there!
I am not set up for mold-making at all. Galorn has been my designated mold-maker so far, and he has convention and contest prep keeping him busy. This is a one-off, so no casts.
I'll make you a deal, guarantee me 200 sales, at 5 bucks a piece and I'll get right on it!
Every day of my life I bust my ass for a fraction of the pay I'm worth, all because "I care" or some gak. With my hobby stuff, I'm either going to do it completely for ME, or it needs to be profitable. No more "because I care" BS for me, it isn' worth it

Agreed! But you know damn well that people would buy you vending machines and if that base is any indication custom bases. If you are ready for a change I know people will buy your wears. Small at first then grow to more product range. You have the talent to do amazing things in this hobby. Profiting " a little" isn't the an evil thing.
Well, I'd have a lot of set-up costs, that's the only thing But you are right, I think they would sell on Dakka Alone.

I really dunno LDD, it's just like PVC pipe, but apparently sprayed or formed into sheets?? Thicker than styrene, but stronger, yet it has a toasted marshmallow texture about it when cutting. 1000% easier to cut than PVC pipe though. I got a supply when I bought the Raboesh styrene display rack.
I think it is the stuff that will be later known in 40k times to be "Plascrete"

These cracks always seem like they should be perfectly flat though?
This is some old textured stuff I got from a model railroad shop many, many years ago. But it's very brittle, like old vinyl siding brittle

Look at this unexpected RIVETING effect I've discovered!!
The Gap-filling CA I used apparently does not stick to this granny grating.
But...The Granny grating works as a Rivet mold for both the gap-filling CA AND the Green Putty I used to fill in the slot in the base!

Although, the putty rivets are better formed IMHO
See here this one was all glue- they sort of have a photo-negative effect

I will have a base exactly the same as the one built (as it looks so dam cool ) and one with a larger wall section for a sniper to be kneeling in front of if you get my jist
PVC Foam will google my master and then find enlightenment

I did not let it cure long enough, and ruined mine.
Wait 20-25 minutes i'd say.
Trim the edge with a knife, Garnish with metalwork of your choice, and Rivet to taste

I scored all the sides of the brisket in a criss-cross pattern, and rubbed spices into the cracks
Then I Seared all the sides in a hot frying pan (to hold in the juicy goodness)
Then poured hard Cider all over it, put it on a rack in a pan, bottom of the pan just covered with hard cider, cider vinegar, onions, and carrots!
Slooow roasted for 4 hours!!
It hasn't even been in an hour yet, and I am being TORTURED!
