Hi everyone! (waves enthusiastically)

Longtime lurker, finally decided that I might share my various projects with everyone to try and provoke me into actually sticking to the projects i start (far too many have been begun and then discarded for something new and shiny)

So first off, here are some work in progress Night Lords, modelled after first claw. Theyre on their way to being painted, and i'll post those after I'm done with them

This is the first Night Lord model I painted, it won my local store's painting competition, but then the manager lost the model D:



Here is my WIP Talos, I imagine him looking down with disdain for the weak-blooded blood angel that has so hopelessly failed to defeat this veteran of the long war.

So Mega Update Time! I have completed First Claw, and have moved onto new and exciting things (but those to follow...)

I am in love with this squad, and very happy with how the results turned out. I'm a huge fan of Aaron Dembski-Bowden, a new Dabnett in the making, so having read the books how every many times, I just had to make this squad! I have plans for other members of 10th Company, but none to happen soon.

And with that project complete (kinda) I moved on to something new, Adeptus Mechanicus. Hoping to to creat a fully playable army using IG with SM Detachment.

Loving the Night Lords, especially the Flayer guy.

I haven't read the Night Lord novels yet, but loved First Heretic by ADB.

Are the Night Lords books worth reading?

@rohansoldier Thanks! I would heartily recommend the Night Lords books, ADB does an excellent job at creating a concept of brotherhood, and looking at the Night Lords (and the traitors) in a very different light as to what you might previously think. Very in line with the Horus Heresy books too.

Being hew to the hobby only started in march but finished the third night lords book last night. After looking for a Talos model myself I can say that your first claw is absolutely amazing. Well done looks great!

awesome night lords and mechanicus. I too am the same with my projects. I have ork, tau, space marines and pre heresy night lords on the go and lots of them unpainted. good job with the projects though. keep it up
