What are you looking for? A fun beginners list? A competitive list? What point level?
From looking at what you have, the internet will tell you that more missile launchers for the LFs are a must. So shoot for getting more of those.
I would pick up another Drop Pod too. They work better with odd numbers, since you round up on how many drop. So if you have 3, 2 drop first turn. If you have 2, only one drops.
4 squads of GHs and 2 LF squads is a solid start to any SW list me thinks. Get some plasmas for the GHs!
You can always spruce up some of the GHs to make a WG squad as well!
Don't know too much about scouts, but I believe not being able to get tied up the turn they outflank has limited their survivability a bit.

Why plasmas over meta guns for the GHs?
And with the LFs i have read that missile spam is the way to go.... i will be building that up, but for now i thought i could have the las cannons for tank hunting and the plasma for blasting men (especially those stupid little tin men)... and two missile just to help either.
Good tip on the drop pods, would i be better getting rino's tho?
And as far as i know with the scouts.... they are just used for meltacide!! to witch they are quite affective, ift you roll a 3,4,5 or 6

The reason I suggested Plasma over Melta is people moving away from Mech. Don't forget the the Wolf Scouts can re roll their outflank due to Acute Senses.
And Rhinos vs Pods is a little beyond my expertise. There are pros and cons to both!

But is it worth having a plasma at an extra 10 points a squad? Just for the sakes of rapid fire? think im going to stick with the meltas, as i plan on having a fair few GH packs so im trying to keep them cheep as i can.
Any one care to shed some light on rihno's VS drop pods? now i presume drop pods would work well with GH's. ecaise of there CC capability.

A basic run down of Rhinos vs Drop pods is that Rhinos give you more sustained mobility over several turns, and they also protect their contents. However you can't expect them to survive the whole game anymore, so you really to take advantage of their mobility in the early turns.
Drop pods on the other hand give you mobility in the beginning, but once you disembark they then give you neither protection or mobility.

Plasma Guns are almost the perfect weapon for Grey Hunters. All of your weapons are 24” Rapid Fire; you don’t have to plan to get within 12” to take out most armor. You don’t have to Penetrate to kill anymore, you just need to Glance it to Death and 2-4 Plasma Gun Shots will do that. If you are worried about AV-14, that’s what your Long Fangs or Thunderwolf Cavalry is for.
Logan can be fun, looking at your list I would say get at least one more Drop Pod and put him it with the 4 Las-Cannons and one of the Plasma Cannons to drop him in with one of your other Grey Hunters for 1st turn mayhem.
Another option with Logan is take some of your incoming Battle Force models to make your self some Wolf Guard. You can spread them out with your Grey Hunters as GWPL and shove the rest in a pod with Logan.
>Consider getting Two Terminators with Special Weapons for your 5th and 10th Wolf Guard.
Conceder taking with your Grey Hunters a Power Weapon [I have mine with Power Fist] of sort; after all Grey Hunters are Immune to Challenges.
You can easily turn your BattleForce Wolves into HQ units. Talk to a Grey Knight player about one of his Nemesis Force Staves to turn one into a Rune Priest. You also can easily make up the others to be others including Ragnar or Ulric.

Ok i get your point with the plasma guns.... but to make use of the rapid fire i would pritty much have to be between 12"-9" away because if im 8" away im going to charging ... to witch i cant do if i use rapid fire (to my understanding) so theres not going to much oppertunity for me to bother using rapid fire. and thus in my eyes a wase of points...... please stop me if im wrong.
Well ive taken MOTW rather than a power wepon.... as i dont want to waste to more poings on my GH so i can go for quantity and get them into CC. Automatically Appended Next Post: Oh and i think im going to get some wolf gaurd termies, a few to rock with grimnar in a drop pod.

Plasma Guns: It’s not completely about the Rapid Fire its about S7 AP2, This makes you a threat to everything except for Land Raiders and Monoliths.
Power Weapon/MotW/Wolf Standard: These are here as a deterrent against being Assaulted.
I will try to explain this with telling you how I use my Plasma Gun Armed Grey Hunters. I only run 10 man Packs with Wolf Standard, Power Fist, MotW, Plasma Pistol, 2x Plasma Guns and I usually take 2 of them.
Most of the games I am in I run them as a Gunline using what ever cover I can find nearest to “No-Man’s Land”. This usually means that by the end of turn there is stuff to shoot at within my gun range. Then we get to target priority.
Closest thing to me: I usually fire at the closest threat to me (and here is the important part) that I can hurt.
Troops: If there is a Scoring unit within my Gun Range that should be one of my target.
Vehicles: Only if there is there are no other target, beside that’s what the Melta-Gun Grey Hunters and Long Fangs are for.
Rapid Fire: If you can get it great, if not you don’t. Now when I can Rapid Fire toss in the Plasma Pistol, you would be surprised how many times the 5th S7 AP2 shot has made the difference.
Getting into Assault Range: Don’t worry about it, they will come to me. After all you have Counter Attack. Now come the hard part with how I run Gunline Plasma Grey Hunters, Patience and Judgment.
Now I manage to find 30 Orks 10” from me, I now have two choices.
1] Fire Bolt Pistols and Assault
2] Fire the Bolt Guns and Plasma Guns and Wait.
I always “Stand and Fire” and here is why.
I am going to inflict a large number of casualties with my fire, you should kill off between 10-20 Orks, if you are lucky it will be 20, they fail their Moral and run away, but that has never happened to me.
Then on your Assault Phase, Activate your Wolf Standard witch will not start working until the Ork’s Assault Phase [this is important].
Then we get to the Ork Shooting Phase and you will take some casualties, suck it up!
Now we get to the Ork Assault Phase. The first thing that happens it the Wolf Standard starts to work.
The Ork player declares his Assault and you Overwatch Fire, Re-Rolling any 1’s, this usually means for me about 1-2 Plasma Weapons will hit and most likely kill with little chance of a “Get’s Hot” happening.
You now roll to see how many attacks the MotW gets, Re-Rolling any 1’s and makes his attacks, I usually kill 2-4 Orks just with him.
Now the rest of the Pack Assaults, Re-Rolling any 1’s usually killing another 5-8.
The Orks attack maybe killing another 1-3 Grey Hunters
Then you power fist Attacks killing 2 more.
If the Boss is alive you may loose another one or two Grey Hunters.
He will usually loose the Assault by 6-12 forcing this Moral Check, which he should fail.
You now roll for Sweeping Advance with Re-Rolling any 1’s usually meaning that you win and finish off the Orks.
Now the Ork player looks at his 2nd Ork Mob wondering if that assault into your 2nd Plasma Armed Grey Hunters.

Just wanted to say thanks for posting this. I'm still figuring things out with 6th edition, and how aggressive to be with my grey hunter quads. Letting the enemy charge makes a lot of sense. Do you bother with Rhinos?

Normally no I don’t bother with Rhinos and really I haven’t used them ever with my Space Wolves.
If you want to see one of my typical Gunline List.

Yeah being a wolf player .... i tend to want to just run at them and hack and slash my way through them. This can be blamed on the old codex as blood claws used to be great.
But holding back and letting them charge is a good idea..... one snag tho is that the person i play most is a necron player .... who pritty much wont charge me.

Here's what I run for Grey Hunter Squads. Feel free to steal them if you like them.
10 Grey hunters
2 Melta or 2 Plasma
Power Fist or Power Sword
MOTW
Wolf Banner
Then put them into either a Rhino or a Drop Pod
That unit is an unstoppable death machine on wheels. Throw three or more into any army and they will be shaking in their boots.
In terms of the rest of your list, the current meta for SW armies (tournament wise) is 6 grey hunter squads, 3 long fang missile spam, and a cheap HQ.

I think you should still have at least one squad armed with Meltaguns - BUT - plasmaguns are really the answer to 2+ armor saves. Dudes with 2+ armor are much more difficult to kill in close combat now. If you're used to playing 5th edition, it'll be a big difference that a "power sword" doesn't just chew through terminator armor anymore. Yes, you could take a power axe instead, but then you strike last in CC. That's why you have plasmaguns - to deal with the threat of 2+ armor BEFORE you get to CC.

Throw a wolf priest into that squad for preferred enemy and this squad is even more dangerous.

Mark of the wulfen is AP 2 (if you roll a 6)witch is why i take it, and with a lucky roll while cahrging you can get what 8 attacks worth the 15 points.
I think im going to take two squads with meltas and two squads with plasma's.....
And until i bud my ML long fangs, im using plasma cannons so that should help against anything with 2+ saves.

Yes, Lone Wolves with Mark of the Wolfen are a great mix. I run two [Muzzle and Blitz] with MotW, Close Combat Weapon and a Storm Shield. There are games were they take down a Squad a Turn each, mostly from Sweeping Advances. The only time they faild me is a game were Muzzle Survived costing me the game. I also usually give them a Pair of Wolves.
Though with the new Specialist Weapons Rules I am thing of building me a 3rd Lone Wolf; Exile. Terminator Armor, Chain Fist and Wolf Claw.
