Well, I'd go for pink horrors. Then you could take a mono-god detachment with flamers and screamers. Plaguebearers would also be an option.

How about a cheap detatchement with either blue scribes or tzeentch herald on disc as hq, then a big unit of flamers, screamers and either plaguebearers or horrors as troops?

I'd recommend using a herald with the pavane and some demonettes, since your running noise marines.

Because he's running noise marines guys, NOT tzeentch, not flavor of the month, not the imba gak, noise marines, slanessh. jesus...

Besides the pavane is excellent and demonettes are the only demons with grenades, plus they have lots of attacks and rending.

I ran the keeper in 5th edition, but I cannot say I recommend him for 6th edition. At 4 wounds and only having a 4++ and T6 he just does not stand up. Against a standard tactical he gets rapid fired by 20 Bolter shots for 1 unsaved wound. The overwatch throws another wound on him about 25% of the time. In combat he will hit 4-5 times and kill 4 marines before 5-6 Krak grenades throw another wound on him. He might clear out a tactical, but he is dead the next turn.

Greater Daemons really need models like Tyranids with some strong buffing psychic powers, more wounds, et cetera to be viable (or a price drop).

If you want to be Slaaneshi I would go for a Herald on a Mount and then take 6x Fiends for her to go with. Otherwise, give her musk and throw her with some Daemonettes/Seekers.

If you want to go with Tzeetch (probably the most powerful now) I would do a Tzeetch Herald on a disc with a unit of 9 flamers, 9 screamers and 9 horrors. (nice Tzeetch numbers there and those units are effective in that size). To save points you can drop the horrors to 5 if you like. Also, if you do 9 horrors you can make your herald out of some green stuff and the extra Horror from the box!

Masque, flamers, screamers, maybe a soul grinder. Troops are up in the air, I take bloodletter because its what I have painted but none of them are really great.

Masque and flamers deepstrike together and just annihilate anything with pavane lining everything up under their templates.

Screamers come down and turbo boost.

Grinder can drop down and battlecannon some stuff.

Troops drop down onto a rear objective or near something that needs help with assault. Obviously second wave...

She also cannot join them because she is not an independent character.

The Masque is an interesting HQ if you can support her - but if she is dropping close to the enemy with only a unit of flamers she will be short lived.

+1 to the idea of flamers. Using them as allies for my CSM armies, they reliably take out armor and free up my heavy slots for dakkapreds.
