Does SITW Stack?
Does Runes of Witnessing get cancelled out by SITW?
If i have 2 SITW Creatures near a Runes of Witnessing Farseer, does he then take the test on 3d6 as any other pysker would do when effected by SITW?
Do i make the Enemy Farseer roll 4d6 and take the highest when i use SITW? And which takes precedence? Does he take perils for a double 6 before or after he removes it due to it being the highest?

SITW does not stack. It is +1d6.

Shadows does not stack, it's once or none.
As for how it works with runes, you effectively roll 4d6, discard the highest.

Shadows + Runes of Wit means 4d6, drop the highest, and Perils on any double 1 or double 6 (after the high die is discarded)

Ah, so the age-old debate resurfaces once more. (In b4 page 100)
My take on it is thus:
SITW requires you to roll 3D6 (This is D6 higher than normal) with you suffering PotW on a roll of double 1 or 6
ROW says you get to roll 3D6 (which is D6 higher than normal), and discard the highest result.
So, D6 + D6 = 2D6. You'd then roll 2D6 higher than normal, which is 4D6. But you would then discard the highest dice roll, as per usual for ROW. Additionally, you'd suffer PotW, on any roll of a double 1 or 6, as detailed in SITW.

Shadow - read errata. They've been changed to roll +1d6 now instead of 3d6. So you're correct, and its less debatable than it was.

But the FAQ States that Runes of Warding and Witnessing cancel each other out...
Does this not apply to Runes of Warding and SITW?

Not anymore it doesn't. Or at least not in the Tyranid or Eldar FAQ.

Q: What happens when a Farseer with Runes of Witnessing rolls for his Psychic test when there is an enemy Farseer with Runes of Warding on the battlefield? (p26)
A: The two pieces of wargear cancel each other out; neither takes effect..

In which case, wouldn't that apply to Shadow in the warp as well?

No, the mechanics of the two abilities are different.
