Boom! Leman Russ Commander

Brisbane, Australia

Hi guys, I've decided I want to start using Plasticard. Scratch building and the like is something I've always wanted to get into, so I guess I'm taking 'the plunge'.

I'm looking for a brick and mortar store in brisbane, QLD (Aus) that I can buy Plasticard or an Equivalent product from.

any thoughts?

There is a Mind Games store in Brisbane. They should carry Plasticard if the store in Melbourne is anything to go off.

Heres the Address.

Aha! I live in Brisbane too (and work SUPER close to the Myer Centre) - I'll definitely be going to have a look at Mind Games.

Thanks for the tip, Snrub!

I'm on the gold coast and have never seen the stuff so I'd be very interested to know if the mind games up there has it too.

If not I have heard the toyworld between the coast and brissy has it but I've never actually been there.

Oh, I certainly vote with my dollar, but the problem is that that is not enough. The problem with the 'vote with your dollar' response is that it doesn't take into account why we're not buying the product. I want to enjoy 40k enough to buy back in. It was my introduction to traditional games, and there was a time when I enjoyed it very much. I want to buy 40k, but Gamesworkshop is doing their very best to push me away, and simply not buying their product won't tell them that.

Toyworld down Queen Street Mall has plasticard (sort of). Rather limited selection, mostly model railroad related but useful if you want some in a pinch.

Hobbyrama in Stafford (from chromedog's post) is also a great shop to visit for various hobby related bits and bobs.

Just a handful...
