Thought I would post this to see what people think of the colour scheme I'm going with for my Sisters of Battle. Something a bit different which I think suits them.

This is the first model I have painted in about 8 years. I suddenly got the urge to paint a few weeks ago and thought I would buy a few models and see how I go. I think it turned out fairly good, but there is still plenty of improving to be done and plenty more models to be painted!!!

Looks pretty damn good perched on her bolders like that. That gold is really good as well. What did you use for it?

Thanks guys

The gold on the gun, shoulders etc was done with a combination of Gehenna's Gold, Auric Armour Gold, Golden Griffon and washes of Reikland Fleshshade in between. I wanted the bullets to have a different shade to them, so they were done with shining gold and bunished gold that I had from 8 years ago!!

wow thats really good, especially after an 8 year break, I would suggest painting a dark brown/black spot on the barrel of the gun though and then in future drilling them out.

Welcome back

I might still have a go at drilling it out, it definetly does make it look better. Thanks.

That is the best colour scheme I've seen on a SoB model is sometime. Well done Sir, well done! A GS muzzle flash and some ejected casings would make this epic.

Very nice, I think some highlights on the purples would really make the model pop. Just great work none the less.
