My Pan-O stuff arrived, (mostly Orc troopers) the models are stunning but the antenna are fiddly as all hell. They are too small for me to pin and being so small I'm almost certain they are going to pop off if somebody so much as breathes on them. Has anyone run into issues withthem staying attached? Do you do anything beyond just super glueing them?
Also in main book it mentions that the Orc troopers are known for painting marks over their green armor, but every pic I've seen of them they are in blue, what gives?

1) score the surface of both the attachment points, stick them together with a little greenstuff and let it harden, pull it back apart and apply some glue and reattached firmly. The greenstuff with give it a much stronger hold.
2) No clue. PanO scum are PanO scum they are all red when I'm done with them

Oh yes! I play PanO for a while now. I just glued the tiny things into the holes, most of them are holding well. Some of them (like the little ones at the backs of the Croc Men and Bagh Mari) are hell itself! Often they brake so you´ll have to handle them with care...
Orcs are painted grey/blue in the studio version, but choose your own color scheme...
Here are my private colors (near to the studio schemes...)
http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/473729.page
I don´t use Orcs anymore, they are a bit standard...I think there are more useful options in the core rules like Aquilas (Visors)....
Have fun, it´s a great game!

I bought the minis based on how they look so I doubt they can make any sort of cohesive force.
I picked up:
Cutter
Armored Cavalry
Akalis, Sikh Commandos - com rifle, hmg
Order Sergeants - spitfire
Swiss Guard - hmg
Orc Troops - hmg
Orc Troop - boarding shotgun
I imagine I'll need to pick up some other figures to balance out the force. If anyoen has suggestions for stuff that's needed let me know.
I have a pair of the quad walkers from several years back but they got converted to use in my Tau army. I'll probably pick up both the old and nw walkers at some point.

You have a lot of heavy infantry there. You´ll need some "cheerleading" models like Fusiliers. In other words some light infantry to give you some orders for your pool. You could use Fusiliers, Auxilias or Regulars...Order Sergeants work best in the Military Orders, a PanO Knight Army. The walkers will give you excellent proxy models for the arm- and dronebots, light drones for heavy fire support,

Correct, you have lots really really heavy hitters, but no basic guys. Most of those guys are 2-3 SWC and in a 300pt list you only are allowed 6 SWC. Based on what you have already have I'd grab like 4 fusliers to flesh out the group.

Yep, you can't go wrong with the beret wearing people in the middle of a firefight!

If I played PanO I'd go Neoterra just because I love the Auxilia models so much.
As for the antennas I just used a bit of greenstuff and superglue and they hold. Would probably come off if the models fell off a table or something though.

What are the ground rules for modified miniatures in tourneys?
One of the reasons I picked up the Orc models is due to the mix of appleseed and bubble crisis influences. I also hate doing faces and skin tones when painting. So I'm thinking about picking up some Fusiliers and doing a bunch of head swaps to get rid of the beret heads and replace them with orc heads.
Would that be a problem for tournies or cause too much of a visual disruption when viewing the models on the table?
I'll likely recast one of the orc heads I already have that way I also won't have to chop and dremmel a ton of pewter.

Luckily official ITS tournaments have a clear set of rules
http://www.infinitythegame.com/infinity/downloads/its/[en]ITSRules.pdf
"The use of converted miniatures is permitted as long as most or all of the main miniature is made up from Corvus Belli miniature components"
"The use of original miniatures, which faithfully represent Infinity’s troops, is permitted, as long as they are not sold by any other company."
"The miniatures must be assembled with at least their main parts present (it is not strictly necessary for them to include the smallest pieces, such as antennae)."

Coincidentally, I was thinking of buying those Orcs because I've been watching Bubblegum Crisis 2040 while painting. I do wish the Orc is a bit slimmer though, just so it's nearer the Bubble crisis hardsuits.

Get the HMG ORC or Swiss guard, then.
Both are FEMALE models (boobplate armour, combat heels).

They are unmistakably female. The boarding shotgun ORC even has a metal thong disappearing in its nether-region tangle of under-armour.

As for modifying minis, Paulson - I did headswaps on 5 of my beret wearing fusiliers - replaced them with visored helmets (taken from 25mm GZG Stargrunt (New Anglian Confederation - the brits) Royal Marines. Although the figures are smaller, their helmets are large for the scale and actually do fit with the larger iNfinity models.
Have played in 3 tourneys with them and nobody has said anything about them. After scoring 4 loose auxbots, they have now become my auxilia units (I don't like the multi-eye visor look on the actual models).

How would one happen to score loose auxbots? I'd like to partake of this bounty.

Bits deal, done locally (I don't do 2nd hand internet swap deals - ALL my 2nd hand stuff is sourced in person, from stalls at larger conventions, or games club swap-meets.) A fellow gamer liked the auxilia and remotes that had them, but not the auxbots. What can I say, he also likes the skirted werewolves as well, so his tastes are somewhat ... odd. I swapped him some stuff and got the bots.
