Hi everyone,

Can anyone recommend some decent dice suppliers in the uk. I am after both standard d6 and custom (engraved) for my local gaming club.

I emailed dice.co.uk but got no response, and im abit lost at where else to go.

I I have emailed chessex in the past, and had no reply, but will try again.

Any others anyone can recommend? the other local group i have spoken to - their custom dice supplier has gone out of business.

Maybe its a gap in the market, if i could just work out how to make custom dice.....

WWW.thediceshoponline.co.uk – not sure if they do custom dice, but I’ve always got my dice here and the selection/price is great. On another note, if your prepared to wait a week or 2 sign up to their newsletter – they seem to constantly have a sale on of some kind, you just have to wait for the code.

On a similar note, while I've had no trouble finding custom dice, I'm still having the problem of getting Scatter Dice of appropriate size. Any suggestions, Dakka?

My bad - I was referring to the "regularly"-sized 16mm dice.

Mostly use www.thediceshoponline also, good store. as with stranger however, not too sure about custom dice

you could try making your own, buy some metal cubes in the appropriate size, then follow a tutorial for making PCBs (printed circuit boards). use diluted 30% muriatic acid (HCl) from a pool store

I used aluminum cubes and 2 parts 3% H2O2 : 1 part 30% HCl and it was really slow, if you go this route, you should do some research on a better mix
