Do CSM Icons still allow you to deepstrike without scatter? eg, Put an icon in your bike squad and then DS with Terminators or Raptors. I may be blind but I can't see anywhere in the new codex that says this still works.

I was hoping the new icons would work with allied Demons but the FAQ makes it pretty clear that is a no go. Now I'm not even sure it will work for CSM.

Nope. The only thing that will help you with scatter on deepstrike now is the Dimensional Key. It's situational at best, can't really be relied on to build a list around, and it won't help your Daemon allies.
