Me and my mate (death_lord on dakka) are thinking about going to the 40k doubles next year but we cant work out what armies compliment each other, but you can fit in at 750pts each.
Any ideas?

Think about which allies work together.

I'd go for IG and DA or IG and SW.

CSM and Daemons?

If you wanted cheese, go crons and IG flying circus.

(Unless the armys need to be able to ally with each other)

Ig and wolves is good, chaos and daemons is quite cool to.

My fav would be eldar/dark eldar, could work well.

Anything battlebrothers is good really imho

If allies is not an issue, Ork Green tide, and Nid Swarm often provides far to many bodies to counter (especially if the Tervigon does not "poop out" on turn one)
