Ok, so I am making a kitbashed custom helldrake for my nurgle sector of my warband, but I have a conundrum! I

was at my friend's house, packing up my minis, when I dropped my helldrake on the ground and the claw popped off! I didn't notice the claw was missing until I got home, but I was PISSED when I realized it was down one. I called him up and asked him to do a sweep, but he has 2 cats that love kicking arounud minis, and a claw was the perfect cat toy for the new kitten.

Anyways, I concluded that this claw is a goner, and now I am thinking of making something out of green stuff for replacement. It was the Left claw hand (when looking at it straight on, it is the right claw, its left.)

Any constructive advice would be appreciated! I ruled out a tentacle, because that's going on my Slaaneshi Helldrake when I get the time. (Eventually making 1 for each chaos cult.)

So here's my question: What should I make for the place where the claw used to be?

Another claw, use some plastic sprue to build the general shape. Its easy enough to sharpen to claw like properties, then add wire and gubbinz to taste. First thought was tentacle to be honest but your not going that route. Good luck!

How about a gigantic pustule on the end of the arm with gooey stuff flowing out? Very nurgle, no claw needed.

Look under the refrigerator ... that's where my cat ultimately bats everything.

Or put in some trailing wires and scar up the metal and make it look like battle damage

Replace with giant sword/saw/axe/powerclaw whatever oversized melee weapon you have in your bitzbox.

This is absolutely perfect for a nurgle army! Or what you can do, is build a nurgle tentacle out of paper clips (unfolded of course), cover them with green stuff, let it dry and voila! You have a gross oozy tentacle ripping out from the inside of your Heldrake!
