I've previously made a list of 500 pts. but apparently the local gw store will begin a campaign at the end of the month that starts at 650.
They've helped me rewrite the list, but since I'm lurking the tactics forum anyway, I've got some doubts. (and I'm not going to the store soon to ask them)

Hq:
Chaos lord, mark of Slaanesh, lightning claw, gift of mutation, aura of dark glory, melta bombs 125

Troops:
12 noise marines, blastmaster, 10x sonic blaster, doom siren, icon of excess 319

5 noise marines, 4x sonic blaster, doom siren, icon of excess 152
+ rhino, dozer blade, dirge caster, combi bolter 50

total: 646

I tought of replacing the doom siren on the 12 man squad for a second lightning claw on the lord, since he's going melee with the 5 man squad.
I also don't really know if the icon on the small squad is overdone and if I should replace it with extra ccw and power weapon for the champ which will leave me with 15 points for maybe turning the aura of dark glory into sigil of corruption?

These are things I just noticed when I was back home. I don't want a competitive list, but they said it turned out a decent list and also a decent core for expanding in the future.

read the new chaos marine FAQ, noise marines got an update, so you can get more blastmasters into squads than before i would not take IoE into a less than a 10 model strong unit exept for bikers, as they are quite expencive in small units.
