I'm laughing at myself right now because I just realized that the rulebook I have is the "old" one now. Explains why the rulebook on the GW site has a different cover than mine. Anyone have time to briefly highlight the changes between 5th and 6th editions. Wow I missed a lot in a couple of years studying to become a paramedic!!

There really are a lot of new changes, some quite significant. Too many to easily summarize. I recommend getting hold of the new rule book if you can.

Ah crap on a cracker.... I really don't want to lay out $90 for a book when i haven't mastered the contents of the one it replaces. Maybe I'll wait til my armies are all painted. At the rate I'm going they will have redone the rules 5 more times by then.

Yeah, many rules changes. 6th edition is pretty much the love-child of 4th and 2nd edition.

I wouuldnt bother trying to re-learn 5th ed rules. Enough changes to make it not worth your time.
Like it has been sugested, you may be able to pick up a minirule book included with the Dark vengence box set, on ebay.

They have a "mini" rulebook that you can buy, all the rules and non of the fluff. I got mine for $30.
