I'm building a heavily kitbashed ork wartrak starting with a gorkamorka rear end and... well... just going from there. I'm thinking this guy is going to be the driver:

Can anyone help me identify the maker (probably games workshop, but not sure?), the year, and the kit he comes from? And particularly: what did his ride look like? Links to other images or an old catalog that shows him off would be most welcome! Thanks in advance.

I play...

Sigh.

Who am I kidding? I only paint these days...

Looks like Driver 2.

“Good people are quick to help others in need, without hesitation or requiring proof the need is genuine. The wicked will believe they are fighting for good, but when others are in need they’ll be reluctant to help, withholding compassion until they see proof of that need. And yet Evil is quick to condemn, vilify and attack. For Evil, proof isn’t needed to bring harm, only hatred and a belief in the cause.”

I had all these kits when I was a kid! I've still got some bits, couple of bikes I think, driver with chainsaw and driver 2.
Orks had more personality back then, although they look a bit weedy!

Sweet!

Thanks for the quick reply. That is a FINE looking warbike! I actually have the handlebars and front wheel in my bits box, but not the other stuff.

Coolio.
