What is the best masking tape to use on tank models? Brand wise.

What about just using a cheap masking tape, and making it less sticky by putting your hand on it?

Artist tape is the stuff your looking for, that or low tac from 3M. Runs about $6 everywhere I've looked but it'll last a long while.

If you are looking to do stripes, then Tamiya has some nice rolls of thin model tape. I use it for measuring out hazard stripes.
