Hi all,

Was wondering if it was possible to play a 90% CA army with one squad from C:SM, specifically a vanguard veteran squad.

For the Lion and Terra!

Because nothing in the galaxy is black and white, Mankind views the Space Marines as a last resort. The last line. When all else fails. They take up the burden. The noble defenders of Mankind. The last hope.

With finecast you can bypass the washing stage and throw them straight into the bin.

Or cut out the middleman and just flush some money down the toilet.

The allies rules will allow you to achieve something close to this. Though you'd have to include the minimum ally tax of HQ and 1 Troops.

Well, I'd add a Storm Talon since its the better flyer than the new DA ones.
Vanguard Vets are only good in a BA army. VV's with jump packs benefit from the DOA rule and so scatter 1D6'' if so. In this way, they can be placed close to the enemy so that they can eventually charge upon arrivial.
