I'm sorry if this is a repost. Ran a search and couldn't find it. I see people with white sails on the Dark Eldar Raiders/Ravagers and I was wondering what colours and techniques were used to get the nice dark to light shade of white? Any tips on painting those would be appreciated.

Do you have an image of what you are after? It can help us explain techniques if we know what you are after.

Have you already considered spray painting the sails white and then painting the solid parts whatever color you need?

use spray cans or even better an airbrush to create a nice gradient on the sails
