Im going to the sabrecon tournament next month, and im taking my demons (partly because its the only painted army i have), models in this list are all i have of them, what do people think;

I have a bit of breath in this list, but i dont want to go flamer spam, that is every daemon list at the moment, yes it is amazingly effective but i dont want to go that route, what do people think?

I'm a fan of seekers but I know that when I field them if be more comfortable having them in units of at least 10 since they're a bit squishy

Also in this list I fail to see the role of your Tzeentch Herald which is upgraded with nothing except a disc

Also I prefer fiends to Bloodcrushers now since sixth has made Bloodcrushers only AP3, but if you are definitely going to take crushers I don't think two in a unit would really be enough.

the blue scribes and herald are propably going to join the flamer units to take advantage of the bigger bases, but there is one problem with the list for this. The flamer units are far too small. Take a minimum of five flamers per unit to utilize the big flyer base on the herald of tzeentch and scribes to get more flamers able to fire. those three model flamer units are just going to be shot down too easy as they are now.

You do not need to use a Herald with only 3 flamers in a unit - it might make your DS slightly less risky but overall I would cut increase the number of flamers or cut the herald and combine the squads.

'I also concur on the seekers, you need at least 12 of them in a unit - also I do like crushers as an anvil unit to provide cleanup/staying power. That said, you have no hammer to go with them (screamers or Fiends). I would cut the Daemon prince - overcosted and under performs to add 6x Fiends or 6-9 Screamers. Then use the herald leftover points to flesh out the seekers.

The Slaanesh Herald in an Exalted Chariot is a waste imo, If I was going to run them I would do so as a heavy Support choice. At 150 points, just bring another Grinder.

I would split your Horrors into 2 squads of 5 wiht bolt and one of 9. Then drop the plagues to 7 and use them for a backfield unit.

with the point savings, add to the crushers. I run 6 as a minimum.
