In a take all comers list for a 40k league, I'm wondering how to arm my Aspiring Champions. I'm thinking either:

Power Fist

or

Power Sword & Melta Bombs

What do you say?

HIDING IN THE METAL BAWKSES!!

That obviously depends on what squad this is.
But in a vacuum I'd say Power Sword/Melta Bomb, champions always challenge, Power Fist means he'd end up dead most of the time before doing anything.
Lighting Claw (Just one) is better than Power Sword though.

I like to run a Lightning Claw and Melta Bombs.

I'd advise a mace personally. It helps threaten vehicles, is pretty much just as good against a rhino as meltabombs. It leaves you vulnerable to walkers though. Against all xenos pretty much it is better than a sword (And xenos are on the rise at the moment) and even against MEQs is only very slightly worse. Plus, more attacks then a LC.

I'm running 4 squads in Rhinos. BP&CCW, 7 with Bolters and 2 with Flamers.

The idea is anything with a 5+ save or worse (Orks, 'Nids, most Eldar) I just drive up, hop out, and rapid fire/template them to death. For MEQs I just run up and assault.

I run one squad of Havocs in a Rhino with 4 Plasma Guns. I use these guys to hunt MCs and other big, tough buggers.

For tanks & such I plan to run two Winged Demon Princes.

I personally just get a melta bomb because my asp champs always lose a challenge.

It depends on what the purpose of the squad is and what mark it has. Remember that since champions have to challenge you either have to design your champ to win challenges, or give them nothing so that when they get ganked there is minimal cost. For Slaneesh champions, I would suggest either a power sword, maul, or lightning claw. This is to take advantage of their I5 which allows them to have a decent chance of killing the enemy before they strike back. For Nurgle and to a lesser degree Tzeentch champions, I would suggest a power axe/fist, since you are more likely to survive the enemy's hits and do some damage on the backswing (I'm not sure if Plague Marine champions get access to power fists, but I played chaos I would always take one on them if I could due to the fact that they are I3 anyways). For Khrone champions I'm not sure, you are all about maximizing your damage, so maybe a lightning claw if anything at all?

naked is the best. Chaos CC doesnt work very well and with having to challenge you are likely going to get punked.

Lightning claws are better than Swords vs T4 or better. There is no reason to ever take a sword.
