I don't know how this would work, but if a CSM lord with MoK which gives rage and a axe of blind rage, with rage rule, would that be +3 attacks?

I'd say no, special rules are not cumulative.
(And yes, the rage part of the AoBF is stupid considering you have to give the MoK to take it)

Daemons of Khorne dont get rage, do they?
You get +2A instead of the normal +1. No matter how many times you have Rage, this is satisfied by the first application or the 100th - you still only get +2A

Good point. A Khorne DP do not get rage via his MoK.

This is made so that a DP of Khorne can get Rage by Taking the AoBF.
Personnaly, i would had given it Rampage..., but hey...
