Does the Aspiring Sorcerer in a Thousand Sons unit get +1Mastery Level from the Mark Of Tzeentch or am I thinking of the old Codex with 6th edition rule?

Old Codex. The Aspiring Sorcerer in the new codex is now only Mastery Level 1 and is forced to roll on the rubbish Tzeentch powers table. All in all, even taking the 10 point price drop the Sorcerer received into account the unit got nerfed bad. And they were already pretty bad.

Way off on the current rules.

It's not the size of the blade, it's how you use it.
