I've been painting up some Angels of Absolution lately (see above for reference picture of colour scheme) and I'm trying to work out how to paint the multilayered robes of the DV Company Master.

Obviously I don't feel I can do them all green, I think they need to be broken up a bit, and I'm planning to use a lighter red colour than the sort of purplish colour GW did (because I'm using a split red/green for my company badge, so I'm trying to recreate that with the robes of the leader of the company).

I came up with 2 quick mockups of potential ways and I'm just trying to figure out what would be the best, I'm open to alternate suggestions too.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

The second stands out more, I think.

Yep the one with the bright red robe looks way better imo.

Thanks for the input, just to note, the different tones of red aren't intentional it's just how my editing attempts turned out.

I'm looking more into which bit of the robes to put the red on, rather than which tone works better.
