I was wondering what comes in the Dark Angels Veterans box compared to the upgrade frame? I know the upgrade frame comes in the veterans box, but what else comes with it?

That is it as far as I can tell, but I play BT. I use them for my black templars because I love the robed bodies and they go great with the crusade look I use. If you have extra bits laying around they are great, or you can just buy bits from bits stores like thewarstore.com
It has been by far the least expensive way and the best looking way to create a cool spacemarine army.

The Dark Angels Company Veterans Squad
This...
Comes with the DA chapter upgrade frame AND the Sergeants upgrade frame that comes in the tactical squad box. So Chainswords and bolt/plasma pistols. As well as melta bombs and icons and other doodads.

Damn that means you're paying an extra $13 for the veterans box just for that one sprue? FFS gw. Guess I'll just buy the upgrade frame then since I just want it to spice up my devastators and maybe use them for a command squad in the future...

No not exactly it is a special weapons sprue, bases and the sgts upgrade pack.
Personally i buy the sgt box because go look at how much it is to buy special weapons online you might as well bite the bulet and but the vets.

that 3/4 of a terminator comes in handy with an assault squad box when you get 5 extra torso's. It makes for good kitbashed libbys/chaplains
