Those are old paints that GW no longer produces, so you'll have to buy the new equivalents and see what those are like. The new devlan mud is now agrax earthshade, the old black wash (badab black) is now nuln oil, and the new blood red is evil sunz scarlet.
You could tell us what effect yo are going for maybe? Cause I can daintily dab on some dots of ink, or I can slather it 5 times with a mix of both to make it look like I went to a lot of effort to get the shading to look sexy......
