Hey guys I'm not a fan of tailoring lists so this will probably be my all comers list with the new army book, just stated that I'm going for my first game with the new book against empire so that maybe someone can give me some advice either on the list overall or vs the empire as an specific army.

I'm inclining for nurgle due to the lore atribute and because it's the new thing, not so sure how good will the hexes be against already low T folk men

Question does burning body still give you flaming with the biting blade?

On my dp i took scaly skin chaos armor, flight, burning body, soul feeder as well as the reroll armor saves. he is very resiliant

Mmm dunno why it shouldn't... don't see any restriction on the army book, and i'm not sure if there's one in the rulebook my fantasy is a lil rusty from the new CSM

I believe it is under the Flaming entry, but the flaming rule will not work when you add in a magical weapon. Only magic weapons that are Flaming get around it.

Oh yeah, it's at the bottom between the brackets, damn , probably won't matter against empire but still will play a little with those points and edit my list for further comments

Do you need daemonic flight on the already movement 8 DP? Is it worth 40 points?

Id consider putting the BsB with one of the mounted units. With current build putting him in the knights could be funny watching cannon balls bouncing off.

Against Empire specifically MoT is better for the anvil unit but in general Nurgle is better.

Skullcrushers need to be a 4 at least to be combat effective. Particularly against the likes of Empire with 8-10 ranks on their units and cannon balls taking off models left right and centre.

I'd wonder if more chariots would be better than the Khorne unit and cheaper allowing you to make the rest of your army effective?
