Having some experience playing against CSM, I'd say your list is well balanced but lacks anything to take terminators et al down in close combat. Also, LC on a lord seems like a waste; so often I see chaos lords locked in endless challenges against enemy characters because they didn't bring an AP2 weapon.
I'd bring moar CSM in place of the cultists as well or use the points to add ectocannons to the fiends for added ap2 killen.
Otherwise, like I said, looks well balanced and competitive.

Personally I wouldn't worry too much about people trying to snipe off a single character such as the warpsmith, with bigger threats knocking about, but it shouldn't be too difficult to place him out of sight but near enough to lend his fixin' skillz to the fiends.
I'd suggested adding ectos rather than replacing the cannons on the arms; obviously if you've already built them with the normal head there might not be much you can do, but it's worth thinking about. On the one hand it seems a waste when firing at termies etc with the arm guns just to direct one AP2 template at them but on the other hand being str8 the ecto is worth it against armour, same as the armguns.
My point however was being able to take on 2+ sv stuff in close combat. If you're unlucky a unit of termies could just jump between your squads in the wrong turn (for you) and never give you a chance to ectoplaz them. Ergo I would think about anti-terminator CC weapons on your own termies or at least an AP2 weapon on the lord.
