If you have a pin vise you can mark out where the legs touch, drill just a bit bigger and put a dot of GS and glue in the holes.

you could also cut down a flying base and attach it underneath your figure.

Clear center post, like a flight stand? Drill a hole in the bottom of the model and on top of the base. Edit: And ninja'd by Ifurita!

I would actually cut the tips off the talons, to give you a flat surface to glue to the base. That way, once the base is textured it will look like the talons are sunk into the ground a little, which you would expect to happen with a creature that size.

I'd be doing what insaniak suggested. Adds a certain amount of realisim on top of making it easier to glue to the base.
Awesome conversion btw.

Even better, drill holes into the base to fit the talon ends and glue from underneath - that way you'll get a much stronger model-to-base joint.
Hmm, looking at your model, will it even fit on a 60mm base? If not, you may have to do a 'rearing up on two back legs' pose, introducing more problems as now just those two talons will have to bear all the weight. So maybe dig the back talons into the base and additionally have a clear rod (as suggested above) holding up the torso, for a reasonably solid three-point connection to the base?

I had the same problem with my spider
I just used a flying base under in in the middle, cut just to the right length to let the legs sit on the ground

It's on a scenic base, there was a thread about it before.
I told you he needed 6 limbs! You could give him his old legs, but instead of hooves, give him velociraptor feet or scything talon feet.

It looks like its standing just fine on its own. Maybe just skip out on the base.
