Hi guys,

Browsing the FW earlier, and came across the numerous dreads and stuff like that, and what a good load out system in 6th ed with the NEW codex \(^o^)/ for dreads, pods, and ICs with power field generators (4++ dreads, anyone?) I've heard that dual twin-linked auto cannons are really a lot better over the classic ML LC combo as you can make in the default box. Any help is useful including stuff from FW.

Cheers,
Timmy149

That's actually what happened, Horus is secretly a Tervigon.
The inquisition doesn't want you to know.

If you're dropping you dreadnought in with pods then melta and flamer weapons are handy. Otherwise the assault cannon is a great go-to weapon as it becomes even more effective when deployed in the flank or rear of enemy vehicles. Mortis autocannon dreads are best kept in your own lines to benefit from the longer ranged weaponry from The start of the game.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Contemptor Mortis dread with kheres assault cannons or TL LCs and a cyclone missile launcher. Good general shooting, with skyfire AND interceptor to enforce a nice no-fly zone on the table. Really it's the only dread worth taking now.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.
