You can follow works in progress and my adventures gaming with this force here but if all you want is pictures of the finished models then this is the thread for you.
To kick off here are some characters in chronological order starting with the oldest.
Vindicare Assassin in classic "Kick me in the jewels!" pose.
Dmitiri Mendelev. Primaris Psyker and jobbing Inquisitor depending on my mood.
Commissar Venkman. He's the one that shoots you.
Buck Morris. A Marbo made entirely out of stuff I had lying around.

Both visually and in gameplay terms. People around here have an unhealthy obsession with killing my Executioner as quickly as they can...
It does have magnetised sponsons which I really should get a picture of.

Buck Morris looks insane, but in a delicious way.
He looks like he just now reattached with the army after several years of being believed dead.
Some details that don't really do much if they were on a normal guardsman are just beautiful on him. Like the mine carried under the backpack.

The 85th is now on hold as I work on other projects. However this doesn't mean I'm abandoning my beloved Guard.
No now I'm building the 58th Elysian "Wildcards" Airborne Regiment.
Currently I own all the models I need for a 1500 point force but they need much assembly.
Currently built I have:
1 Platoon Command
1 Infantry Squad
1 Vulture
1 Heavy Bolter Tarantula
Being built right now I have:
4 Valkyries
Still in bags waiting to be opened I have:
1 Command HQ
1 Platoon Command
3 Infantry Squads
2 HB Tarantulas
2 Vendettas
A pic from last nights building session:
Tonight the 3 Valkyrie fuselages shown are about 90% assembled. The wings and top section aren't glued so I can paint the interior and the models can be transported more easily. I'm about half way to getting the 4th Valk to the same stage.
However I couldn't resist getting myself a Riptide and building it today. The only problem is that I had recently been playing Steel Battalion and the Riptide wasn't quite big enough to be a Decider
So with my spare Valk parts left over from building my Vulture I thought I might see if I could improve the Riptides design helped by some blutack and a lack of shame.
I might add more depending on what parts I have left at the end

4 Valkyries and a Vulture are now ready to play.
The crew and canopies go on after they get painted and the rest of the fiddly details aren't required to be able to play games with them.
Just 2 Vendettas to build and the Flying component of the army will be game ready.
Remaining to build are 3 Infantry Squads, a PCS, a CCS and 2 Tarantulas.

Looking good so far, but I'm surprised you didn't delve deeper into the Elysian theme, with the Tauros, Venator or Drop Sentinal.
