In theory, yes and no. Pretty much everything can be corrupted by Chaos to some extent, but Jokaero are really just animals who use advanced tools. They are basically monkeys that can build guns.
And no, they are Xeno species that pose no real direct threat and are as such not considered worthy of exterminatus, due in no small part to a favouritism from certain radical Ordo Xenos Inquisitors.

They have a genetic understanding of advanced technologies (especially digital technologies) but are otherwise basically orangutans. They have no culture or civilization to speak of as humans understand it, no written language, they speak in howls and grunts.
They're as corruptible as any animal but... it's a desperate daemon indeed who possesses a house cat.
