So normally i use bolter and chainsword but this site has a wider number of armies and interests so i wanted to try and get a foot in here to get exposure to some of those other factions. This is a comic batrep with use of photos and enhanced images. I apologize for just posting a link to a blog but its much easier to do it this way as editing and photos are much more managable. I hope you enjoy it.

Interesting format. Id prefer a little more description and information on what was occurring personally. Just needs a bit more detail.

I got a kick reading it, very relaxing read. I especially like the gun artwork, really brings it alive. Perhaps you could add a bit of overall turn description and stuff in text before each pic, and I think it would be perfect. That way you can keep your own style of bat-reps.

Thanks for your comments everyone. The batreps are designed to show everything of note that happens on a given turn either through imagery or dialouge. While i certainly can understand why peeps may want more description, it takes a hella long time to photoshop all the pics and im not really sure theres anything extra you could learn from me describing everything that isnt graphically represented. Plus it gives more sense of engagement in the story. Well at least i think so. i really appreciate all the kind words and feedback.

I'd read more of these in a heart beat. I find that giving too much detail in any given turn is often overwhelming and superfluous. I like this sort of action shot, comic book style you've got going on. Keep up the good work!

Loved this one. One thing to add would be labels that distinguish who charged who.

Yep. Very nice report. Please use fonts that are a little more clear though. Some of them are not kind to the eyes despite being stylish.
