Hello, did not eldars use to have some more jetbikes in their HQ choise? I know they do not have a farseer jetbike, but what about the autarch? I thought he had a jetbike model?

There are no Seer Council or Autarch jet bike models, so you have to convert them from jet bike guardians or Shining Spears. Also, Vypers are Fast Attack, not Heavy Support.

Well, The Shining Spears have dissapeared from the GW website, Atleast on the swedish website. So they only have Guardian Jetbikes, and it has been like that for a few months now..

There is an Autarch + JB model, but for some reason it's not on the GW site (presumably because it's metal or OOP)
(Google-fu go!)

Shining Spears have gone the way of the broadside.. You must buy the guardian jetbikes and then a shining spear upgrade sprue sold separately.. Look under the bits tab on the dropdown menu on the left (for the GW site).

Same thing with Tau commanders, Storm guardians and several others.

The GJB are on the Troops page.
But, as mentioned, all others got moved to Eldar/Bitz:

True enough, the Autarch appears to have been removed.
It'll come back when the codex gets an update, with Farseer and warlock options, I bet.
Your only options are now kitbash, or look elsewhere (CHS?)

My guess would be to look for an autarch upgrade sprue and a farseer/warlock upgrade sprue coming in the future.

Yeah, they're probably rolling over the autarch from metal to finecast, or from either of those to plastic. It's probably just a temporary gap in their production while they make new moulds.

I belive them models and unit types are going away that why i sold my broadside suits all 6of them as in next dex you won't be able to use them

It is just that 50% of the time I have a model that does not exist the new model is usualy mutch better.

I would love to add some Eldars to my Dark Eldar. A farseer on bike to go with my beastpack and barron. Some bikes that can score (I still have 4 from 2nd edition) and some rangers. Perhaps some war walkers or dark reapers to watch my bastion. I do not think an autharch would be as good. Yes he has some close combat abilaties but the divination power re-roll to hit would just be awsome with the beasts.

I wonder why GW would just recently release the Broadside Upgrade Sprue then. Since in the next dex, you won't be able to use them.

They did kind of sneak the tau upgrade packs in there. I remember for a while I was going a little crazy trying to figure out why GW would drop broadsides... Then out of curiosity I looked in the bitz section and felt like an idiot.

His insane idea is that you aren't allowed to use any unit that doesn't have a GW kit with that specific name. Everything else in the codex is just there to look cool, it isn't something you can actually use. You aren't allowed to use the FW model, make a conversion, etc, all you can do is look at the pretty pictures and wish GW made a model for it.

Geez, if that was the case, then 40k would never have taken off - with so many units for the original game non-existent.

You HAD to make (or repurpose/convert) other stuff to do the job and it is still the only rewarding part about the game.

Back to your post: This is not true you can kitbash a model to make it work. It's called converting. I believe it is also mentioned in the hobby section of the rule book.

If there's no model, you make one, mostly starting with what GW already produces. The idea that they'd even bother to put things in a codex and never release a model thus invalidating the entry is silly.

This is 100% incorrect, and you should probably stop repeating it, lest someone else new to the hobby read it and mistake it for truth.

If a unit has a Codex entry, it is viable for play. If there is no GW/FW model for it, you build your own. End of story.
