info I have to go from:

metal, clean robes/ armor

Holding a gong on a rope in one hand and a mallet in the other. Mallet does not obscure the gong at all(so it's not the Plague Monk musician I thought it was).

Friend bought it about 10 years ago, but may have been OOP then as well.

Ideas?
