Because I'm a big fan of the NewCrons lore (Yeah, yeah, I know I'm one of the few) I embraced the egyptian side and I want to do my own "Cleopatra". I always had the idea of having a female overlord and thanks to Badablack in this thread: I found about the Tomb Maiden from Iron Kingdom Miniatures:
This image in the gallery is probably my biggest inspiration and the best way to show what I want:
Neat, uh? I have found some very interesting weapons to have a more distinct and different feel from the "common" overlords. Here and here and here, just in case anyone is interested.
The BIG problem are the egyptian-like flowing robes. The best mini I found out resembling what I want is Kisa from Soda Pop's Relic Knights. Stylish jeweled sash with cloth flowing and the necklace. I have been searching around for other models with robes that look easier to remove (I wouldn't have the courage to murder such a cool looking mini like Kisa in an attempt to get the robes...) and/or bits, but I haven't found anything else resembling it. Does anyone know any "robe" like bits that resemble Kisa's or the drawing? My hobby skills are still pretty noobish, and my GS skills are even lower so I prefered bits. If that fails, anyone knows any tutorial for creating GS robes like these?
Thank you very much for your time and for any help you are able to provide me!

Oh, that High Elf cape looks great, just like the Dire Avenger Tabard. It even has the small jewels that I really wanted. Thank you very much, JohnnyHell, these two are already a nice option . The torsos, I would have to make some experiments with some leftover Necron Warriors.
Everyone, keep 'em coming!

The Ravenwing Upgrade Sprue comes with some cool bitz that are meant to be scrolls and things but I think they could work as part of a tabard type design to give you some nice dynamic materials rather than things that just kinda fall straight down mostly.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

No worries, I like the art and quite fancy having a go at building something based off it too! I don't even own any Necrons but it looks a fun modelling challenge.

Dark Eldar Scourge Torsos are even closer to your art, if you can find them in stock somewhere, or even the Kabalite torsos...

Thank you very much, with some work that can probably be a very dynamic tabard A bit like Kisa's. Very nice!

The Kabalite warriors one look pretty good aswell. I need to find out if someone in my LFGS has Dark Eldar bits they can spare. With so much armor they are starting to look very good for Necron conversions.

There are many warhammer 40K/fantasy models with cloaks that might fit or can be cut to fit.
Empire - General
High Elf - Phoenix Guard
Chaos Lord on Manticore ( and another and another(a german site but the picture might help you) )
Just some examples, just search through some of the bitz sites or ebay and you might find those or some others out there.
And if you want to try and sculpt them yourself these tutorials might help you. Here and here.
