We're working on a line of Achtung! Cthulhu miniatures, focusing on Allied heroes and investigators, Nazi villains and themed WW2 Cthulhu monstrosities in 28mm - for example a Mi-Go using the body of a Nazi officer! I'll be revealing all with initial sculpts soon but would love to get your input - if you would like to be involved in the process we'd love to hear from you. Our first password protected survey is live. The first question is asking you about what creatures you'd like to see re-imagined for Achtung! Cthulhu. We'll be showing off sculpts for Allied Heroes soon...

Oh dear god that sounds awesome, I can't wait to see some models

We're doing a 'proper' announcement soon, but I'm a big believer in getting people involved. First sculpt is for our professor Richard Deadman reading from an ancient Tome and summoning unspeakable powers from the dead Mi-Go head he holds outstretched towards the horror he's facing (think Theseus and the Medusa's head!)

I'll show off some sculpts here soon!

Sounds neat, though I like that there have been so many cthulhu KS, that cthulhu is one of the tags on the sidebar! (along with zombies, open source, cats, and rpg)

Apart from Cthulhu being ultimatley cool we're seeing so much of it because the stories/ideas are out of copyright so everybody have a go at their version

(which is actually pretty neat as the Mythos is one of the first examples of an invented 'shared world', begining with HP Lovecraft, but also being used and expanded on by Robert E Howard, Clark Ashton Smith and may other writers in Wierd Tales and other pulp magazines.

Plus other real bursts of creative activity in the mythos when the stories were reprinted by Arkahm house under August Derleth and once again when they made it into paperback in the late 70s/early 80s etc

Though imo it is a bit of a shame that cthulhu gets all the glory. Most of the other stories/beings get neglected

And it's an expansion for the old Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game? I love that system, not dying every 15 minutes was quite the achievement.

I've sent a line off to my big pen & paper RPG friend, he loves the system, see if I can get him interested.

Yep or you can use the more miniature friendly Savage Worlds RPG - the books contain the stats for both systems.

We've got some rather amazing tiles/maps coming too - all tied in with a big announcement soon.

I just pledged on this Kickstarter; you can't go too wrong with Nazis+Cthulhu IMHO. I'm in it for the RPG, but that mini does look nice as well!

I will pledge at some point but I am purely in it for the models (I really want to play some Call of Cthulhu and all but I can't get a group together for it

) so I'll be waiting until some more go up to pledge.

Oh, this is something I would love to see and would probably help funding wise (give me a $50 pledge that gets me a few models and the book and I will be happy, give me pledges without the books but more moels and I might drop something like $100 on it)

Yes there will be - for a set of the heroes, the villains and or the Cthulhu creatures

This is great! When is that pledge level going up on Kickstarter? Please put together a pledge level that encompasses ALL of the miniature range targeted for Kickstarter.

We will don't worry - should be announcing the first miniatures and pledges in a week's time. We're also working on some very cool miniatures floor plans / tiles of specific locations in the main campaign

Our latest update confirms we've unlocked the full 248 page Shadows of Atlantis campaign for Achtung! Cthulhu, free on PDF to all backers of the PDF Master Bonus level and upwards. We are now climbing towards the last goal to fully unlock the Assault on the Mountains of Madness campaign - here's another piece of concept art from Korungn.

We also announced a special bonus for reaching £50k - the Achtung! Cthulhu Secret War Documents Pack in PDF for all backers to help bring the world to life.

and of course the first Achtung! Cthulhu miniatures Stretch Goal is insight, which unlocks an Add On of a set of six stunning Allied investigator's, of which Professor Richard Deadman is the first!

Check out the update - but here's a preview of a WORK IN PROGRESS Mi-Go from the forthcoming 28mm Cthulhu Miniatures set.

We announced a fantastic set of floor plans and tiles by the amazing artist Henning Ludvigsen. We'll be producing underground Nazi bases, snow covered outposts and brooding evil ruins of the Elder Things! Check out the the example tiles he did for the very cool Mansions of Madness game by Fantasy Flight Games:

The Mi-go are supposed to have wings. That's one of their most iconic features. They have wing wings, not claw-like appendages.

A Mi-go without wings is like Cthulhu without a Squid-face.
