I'm trying to resize a picture of Sven Bloodhowl's Great Company badge to make a stencil to put on top of my Rhino. However, despite many efforts, only the file size gets changed so It always prints out too large. I tried the decal sheet here on Dakka, but the largest are too small. Unfortunately, I don't have any awesome software like Photoshop, but I can't imagine that's the only way. Can anyone help?

Check your printer settings aren't set to "resize to fill page" for example.

Alternatively, paste the image into word, then just resize in there and it will always print to the right size when you print the document (plus the print preview should show it "actual size").

Awesome. Thanks for that! I never would have thought of using Word to edit the picture.

It is a trick I used back in ye olde days before the advent of good home graphics programs

I still use it now for things like decals and printing out lots of pictures that I need to be specific sizes and I want to do it quickly.
