I'd quite like to run a squad of death cults in my GK army, however as nice as the models are from GW at £9.50 for 2 and another £10 for crusaders it would be £57.50 for a squad of 10 with 2 crusaders, which is a bit steep for 180pts. I wouldn't mind the GW crusader models as I think they look pretty good but I wondered if anyone had made their own death cults? I was thinking of using cadians and a bunch of left over nemesis falchions I have lying around, and giving them some sort of shield pack to represent their 5++ saves, but not sure how well that will work out.

Any suggestions are welcome!

3000pts 30 wins 2 draws 12 loses

5000pts 13 wins 1 draws 9 losses

WoC "where the points don't matter" 6 wins 0 draws 4 losses

Things my Giant has pocketed for later in AoS: 1 zombie, 2 spirit hosts, 1 banshee, 1 zombie dragon, assorted phoenix guard

If you could use non gw models then I know some people that take some warmahorde figures, namely the daughters of the flame

Inside your mind, corrupting the pathways

If you are not fussed about using non GW models, check our Reaper Minis.

This is just a search for all their "assassin" models.

I'd prefer to keep em GW just so I can use em in my FLGS, so good conversion ideas is what I'm after (probably should have specified a bit more in OP sorry!)

Imperial guard: Because quantity has a quality of it's own.

Sisters of Battle can be used in any game, with the exception of chess, Monopoly and of course, Warhammer 40,000.

After 8 editions, you might have thought that GW could get fantasy right.

hmmm maybe, I'd have to replace all their weps and DE accessories to make them look a bit more imperial but it could work

I've seen wood elves mixed with cadian parts and Grey Night falchions work out well. I got to look at them up close and in person. WE heads, cloaks and legs, Cadian torsos and arms, GK falchions.
