Wow, I really like the paintjob and your rust effect.

Although, I wouldn't have put the pustules on the sword, shield and helmet.

That is absolutely fantastic!

I love the pustules on the sword/helmet/cape. It looks unnatural... PERFECT for Nurgle.

For me the shield looked too flat, hence he pustules, I wont be doing it on ever Warrior, and maybe lessen the pustules on the weapons.

You might try highlighting the edges of the armor and shield with a lighter green; this would make things feel a bit less flat.
